Our Proprietary Data (alpha order):
LUZU_FAR: On a scale of 0-100, the LUZU Score™ represents the utilization of the calculated building envelope where 25 would mean only 1/4 of the permissible bulk is filled and 99 would mean only 1% of the permissible buildable area remains to expand
LUZU_UNITS: On a scale of 0-100, the LUZU Score™ represents the utilization of the calculated maximum number of units where 25 would mean only 25% of the permissible units are there and75 would mean only 25% of the permissible buildable units remain to expand
PARCEL_AREA: We calculate this from the Bureau of Engineering's GIS Shapefile of all parcels in City of Los Angeles' jurisdiction
SQFT_COST: Our calculated cost of construction per square foot based upon the valuation provided by the permit applicant. This information can be used to understand what construction costs are reported to LADBS by competitors
STRUCTURE_MAX: Our calculated maximum structure size in square feet based upon the fundamental level of zoning (e.g. R1, C2, etc); density bonuses are not included in our calculations (yet)
UNITS_MAX: Our calculated maximum number of units permitted based upon the fundamental level zoning (e.g. R1, C2, etc); density bonuses are not included in our calculations (yet)
VALUE_IMPRV_SQFT: Calculated improvements' value based upon the Assessor's value; this is value for property tax calculations
VALUE_LAND_SQFT: Calculated land value based upon the Assessor's value; this is not recorded sales value; this is value for the current application of property taxes
ZONING_HEIGHT: A label assigned to enable searches by Height District
ZONING_HIDDEN: A label assigned to enable searches by Secondary Zoning
ZONING: A label assigned to enable searches by Primary Zoning
