Since founding Pactriglo in January 2016, Benjamin has been committed to supporting real estate developers and investors.
In 2021, PropTech Magazine included Pactriglo in its annual list of 10 Top Real Estate Analytics Solution Providers leading the way in business transformation. In 2022, Pactriglo secured copyright status for its Almanac of Urban Infill in the Western United States.
His extensive experience extends beyond just real estate analysis.
He has co-authored academic papers on geospatial data architecture and geospatial data engineering. Additionally, he served as a volunteer member of the City of Los Angeles' Traffic Enforcement Alternatives Advisory Task Force and its Research Subcommittee.
