## Benjamin Pezzillo

### Founder/CEO

Since 2016, Benjamin is determined to assist real estate developers and investors. His tremendous experience is not just limited to the field of real estate analysis.

Having graduated with a degree from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications, Ben got involved in his collective bargaining organization, the city's venerable Engineers & Architects Association (EAA). Soon after, he became a management-side labor negotiator for a large private security firm. Later on, Benjamin found himself doing HR consulting for a real estate broker.

Ben's tremendous experience is not limited to the field. He has co-authored a paper about data architecture and data engineering. Furthermore, he volunteers as a member of the City of Los Angeles' Traffic Enforcement Alternatives Advisory Task Force and its Research Subcommittee.  

In 2021, PropTech Magazine named Pactriglo to its annual list of 10 Top Real Estate Analytics Solution Providers at the forefront of transforming business. Last year, Pactriglo received copyright status for its Almanac of Urban Infill in the Western United States.
